Anthony Hörning founded STA in 2014, after 12 years as the Head of Alliance Management at Novartis, bringing an experienced partner to the table for Biotechs when negotiating with big pharma counterparties. Anthony’s extensive background ensures that clients receive top-tier strategic advice and execution. Since founding STA, Anthony has become a trusted Business Advisor for numerous biopharma companies across the US, Europe, and Korea. He has facilitated successful negotiations for universities, biotech firms, and major pharmaceutical companies, backed by in-house and public Alliance Management workshops.
Adrien Hörning complements the team with a blend of strong academic credentials and practical experience in investment banking and private equity. He provides a fresh, strategic perspective, ensuring that STA’s solutions are both innovative and grounded in sound financial principles. Since joining STA in 2022, Adrien has led numerous projects, supporting Biotechs with valuations, regional out-licensing deals, and partnering strategies.
